This product is handmade by many Japanese craftsmen; a traditional dye shop and craftsmen with high sewing skills.

Manufactured with their original textiles with motifs such as traditional Japanese patterns, seasonal flowers, and cute animals.

Durable Textiles

Durable textiles called Katsuragi カツラギ are used for these bags.

Katsuragi textiles: They are durable like Hampu textiles but they are softer and thinner textiles than Hampu textiles.  It is made of 綾織 Aya-ori (twill) with a weave in which the intersections of warp and weft are lined up diagonally.
