This product is made of high-quality iron and has a clear protective coating to prevent rust before first use.
Please remove this coating before cooking by following the steps below:
– During the process, some smoke and a characteristic odor may occur.
– Once the pan cools down, wash the inside with a scrubbing brush or sponge.
– After removing the coating, the pan becomes highly resistant to rust. Generously apply cooking oil (such as vegetable oil) to the inside surface, heat it again, and allow the oil to absorb. This will season the pan and prepare it for use.
