Sakura Matcha &Sakura Sencha bundles
Content: 30 g in a tea tin covered with washi & 50g Sakura Sencha package
Instructions:
Sakura Matcha
Sift the Sakura Matcha powder in an empty Matcha bowl before adding hot water.
For a hot drink: Put 1/2 a teaspoon (equivalent to 2 scoops if a bamboo scoop is used) of Matcha Green Tea powder in a Matcha bowl, add hot water equivalent to 1/3 of your Matcha bowl (80 degrees) and whisk for 1 minute by using a bamboo whisk. Add more hot water according to your liking.
Easiest way to make Cold Sakura Matcha: Add 1/2 a teaspoon of Matcha in a water bottle or in a clean jar. Add small amount of cold water (around 80ml), close the lid and shake it well until the lumps disappear. Add more cold water according to your liking.
The cultivar of Matcha: Yabukita
Keep in a cool, dry and dark place. Avoid humidity, heat and direct sunlight.
Ingredients: Matcha Green Tea Powder and Sakura (cherry blossoms) leaves
Sakura Sencha
For a hot drink: Put 1 tablespoon of Sakura Sencha in a small tea pot, add 130ml of hot water. Turn the teapot around slowly 2-3 times, simmer for 30 seconds before pouring in a cup.
For a cold drink: Put 1 table spoon of Sakura Sencha in a small tea pot, add 130ml of water and leave for several hours until the taste becomes to your liking. You can also add ice cubes.
Adjust the amount of Sakura Sencha or water according to your liking.
