How to care:
Wash with lukewarm water and dry completely before putting it in your cupboard.
During 茶の湯 Chanoyu (tea ceremony inviting guests) in Japan, Matcha is prepared with proper utensils. Bamboo scoop is called 茶杓 Chasyaku and 2 scoops of this Chasyaku is put in a Matcha bowl, then pour hot water (70-80 degrees) and whisked with 茶筅 Chasen (Matcha bamboo whisk).
Using bamboo utensils makes your Matcha more silky and creamy taste.
