Orders are delivered either by us or by our courier partner Connect within 4 business days after payment is received.
Free Delivery
– Malta: Free delivery on orders over €35
– Gozo: Free delivery on orders over €50 (delivered by Connect – Monday to Friday)
A €5 delivery fee applies to orders below the minimum amount.
You will receive an email update from us once your order is ready for delivery (please check your spam folder just in case).
If your order is delivered by Connect, you will also receive an email directly from them with a tracking number.
If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery day, please contact Connect directly to arrange an alternative time and avoid unnecessary trips.
Local Pick-up
Pick-up is available with no minimum order at the following locations:
– Naxxar: Parking area of Maypole, 21st September Avenue – anytime
– Sliema: Bisazza Street – Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 12:00–17:30 (excluding public holidays)
Pick-up time can be arranged in advance via WhatsApp (+356 9904 9254) or email.
<Europe & UK>
Parcel post with a tracking number
This service is handled by MaltaPost in Malta and, depending on the destination, will be delivered by either your country’s national postal service or GLS. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm which carrier will handle your parcel until the shipment is created.
Please note that the price of tracked shipping has increased. Standard shipping without tracking is available at a lower cost (approximately 5 euros less).
If you are a returning customer and would prefer to reduce shipping costs, please mention this in the order notes. We will then change the shipping method to standard (without tracking) and adjust your order total accordingly.
Minimum order is 7.9 euros.
