How to Warm Sake
Warming sake enhances its aroma, sweetness, and umami flavor, creating a smooth, mellow taste. For the perfect Atsukan (熱燗) at 50°C:

1. Heat water to 80°C in a pot deep enough to submerge the sake bottle up to its neck.

2. Place the bottle in the hot water for about 2 minutes.

3. Remove, pour, and enjoy the rich, comforting flavors of warm sake.
