Origin: Japan
Content: 200 g – makes 170-200 cups
Ingredients: 100% Matcha Green Tea Powder
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, dark place. Avoid heat, humidity, and sunlight.
Preparation
Hot Matcha:
Prepare the Matcha Powder: Add 2 scoops of Matcha powder using a bamboo scoop into your Matcha bowl. For a smoother texture, sift the powder through a small strainer before use.
Heat the Water: Use water at 70-80°C (never boiling). To achieve this, transfer boiling water between two cups twice to reduce the temperature by approximately 10°C each time.
Mix and Froth: Add a small amount of hot water to the powder to create a paste, then add more water (around 80ml in total). Whisk vigorously in an “M” motion for about 30 seconds until frothy.
Customize: Add more hot water or milk of your choice to suit your taste.
Iced Matcha:
Shake ½ teaspoon of Matcha with water in a bottle. Add more cold water or milk.

How to store: Matcha is sensitive to light, humidity, and heat. Once opened, store it in a cool, dark, dry place – ideally in
