Matcha Cookies Recipe

The recipe of Matcha cookies 🙂 🙂 🙂  You will love the Matcha’s distinctive flavour!

Matcha cookies makes 30-40 cookies

Ingredients:
• Butter 100g
• Sugar 60g
• Egg yolk 1
• Plain flour 140g
• Matcha Powder 10g


Directions:
1. Shift flour and Matcha and mix two of them
2. Add sugar to soft butter and stir
3. Add egg york to butter with sugar and stir
4. Add 1 (mixture of flour and Matcha) to 3 and mix well then form into a roll of 3cm diameter
5. Wrap the roll and leave in a fridge or freezer for 30min
6. Cut into pieces and make different shapes
7. Bake 8-10min at 160 degrees
